Part-Time Transactional Attorney The candidate should have 3 years of experience as a practicing attorney with a law firm or as in-house counsel. Experience drafting and negotiating complex technology contracts, including software licensing agreements, cloud services agreements, SaaS agreements, online terms of service, privacy policies, and confidentiality agreements is required. Must have experience advising clients on trademark, copyright, and trade secret laws as they relate to e-commerce and online retail sales. Should have law degree from an ABA-accredited law school; admitted to Washington State Bar Association.
