Associate Attorney The candidate must have 3 years of litigation experience. Should be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and have solid research and writing capabilities. Deposition, mediation, and courtroom experience in the State and/or Federal courts is a definite plus. JD from an accredited law school; Admitted to practice in the State of Texas; 3 years of litigation experience are required. Experience in mock trial and/or moot court are required. Outstanding written and oral communication skills are required.
