Associate Attorney The candidate should have 2 years of defense workers' compensation experience. Must have experience before the WCAB (preferably in the local area). Good dictation and computer skills (and electronic billing, preferably ATO) are needed. Should have trial and doctor deposition experience. Must have expertise in old and new rating schedules. Knowledge of current WC caselaw and the Labor Code is required.
