Summary Law Firm is looking for an experienced Premises Liability Personal Injury Attorney to join its quickly growing practice of plaintiff's personal injury lawyers and supporting case staff in its Valdosta, Georgia office. The successful candidate will handle a heavy and complex case load from pre-litigation, litigation, trial prep and trial. Cases may include representing plaintiffs in slip and fall; security negligence; wrongful death; dog bite / animal attack; and other cases in Valdosta, Lowndes County and the surrounding areas. The successful candidate must possess a law degree (J.D. / JD / Juris Doctor) from a fully accredited law school and be an active member in good standing with the Georgia bar and have a minimum of 2+ years of personal injury premises liability experience. The successful candidate must also possess excellent client service and communication skills, be a self-starter driven by long-term career goals, and have superior writing and oral advocacy skills. Law Firm offers a generous and competitive compensation package including a base salary, guaranteed commission, and competitive ongoing commission fees/bonuses (uncapped), as well as a full benefits package.
