Mass Tort Attorney The candidate's position involves direct client communication, preparation of pleadings and motions, review and analysis of medical records, and participation on an interactive team with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff. Should have 2 years of civil litigation practice, preferably with some personal injury and/or product liability experience. Solid academic credentials are required and some federal practice experience is preferred. Should be eager to learn a niche practice that involves a high volume of pre-suit and filed cases, with an emphasis on multi-district litigation. Should be a pharmaceutical and/or medical device attorney.
