Litigation Attorney The candidate should have 2+ years of the law firm or equivalent experience to support the firm's medical malpractice and long-term care practices, as well as its insurance defense and general litigation practice areas. Should have prior experience in all facets of litigation, including case investigation, pre-trial discovery, depositions, hearings, and trials. Should be organized and able to manage deadlines. Should possess excellent academic credentials and have strong writing, analytical, leadership and communication skills.
