Business Transactions & Intellectual Property Associate Attorney The candidate will support all business general counsel and transactional and intellectual property matters from inception through resolution. Regular supervision by, and communication with Senior Attorney. Gather and analyze research data, such as statutes, case law, and other sources. Draft various business agreements, business organizational documents, business policies, memoranda, demand letters, pleadings, correspondence and other legal documents. Should preferably have 2+ years prior experience in business transactional and intellectual property work. Must be licensed to practice in Florida. Excellent written communication skills. Ability to effectively organize work, manage time, and execute multiple projects concurrently while working under deadlines. Obsessive attention to detail. Proficiency in software and technology such as MS Office Suite and MyCase legal software.
