Attorney The candidate will be responsible to defend lawsuits asserting claims based upon negligence, product liability, governmental liability, professional liability, and employment practices liability. Will also work with partners regarding first and third party insurance litigation. Should have 2+ years experience in insurance defense and/or insurance coverage. Must have an ability to work independently and effectively with colleagues and clients in a remote setting. Must be proficient in technology, legal research and other computer/web based data sources. Clerkship following law school is preferred.
