E-Discovery Staff Attorney The candidate should have a Juris Doctor Degree from an ABA-accredited Law School with excellent academics. Must be admitted to the Florida Bar. Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) License is preferred. Must have 3+ years of experience working as a Staff Attorney, Litigation Associate, or in-house litigation attorney with a primary emphasis on eDiscovery. Extensive experience managing cases through all phases of the eDiscovery life-cycle including overseeing and documenting data preservation/collection activities, instructing project managers on processing/loading specifications, managing and participating in large-scale ESI document reviews, and supervising document production is required. Legal research, writing, and analytical skills (including Technology Assisted Review) are a must.
