Associate Attorney The candidate will be trained in all aspects of construction law including, litigation, contract drafting and review, lien filings etc. Will be exposed to personal injury litigation and will be trained on handling injury claims. Responsibilities and Duties: Legal Research; Motion Practice; Court Appearances; Discovery; Depositions; Contract Review; Contract Drafting; Lien Drafting and Filings; Negotiations; Attending Networking Events; Drafting Articles; Other Business Development Strategies. Must be a licensed attorney in the State of Texas. Should have 1-2 years experience in construction law, commercial litigation and/or personal injury law as a solo attorney or in a law firm.
