Trial Attorney The candidate will handle a heavy and complex case-load of cases from pre-litigation, litigation, trial prep, and trial. Should have personal injury experience and at least two years of trial experience. Applicants must have a Virginia law license, and admission to practice in additional states is preferred, but not required. Salary and commission will be commensurate with experience. Attorneys with experience of at least two jury trials will be guaranteed a six-figure income. Virginia law license required; admission to practice in additional states preferred; Should have at least two years of trial experience; Should have Personal injury experience.
