Litigation Attorney The candidate will provide responsibilities include: Drafting motions. Taking and defending depositions. Propounding and responding to written discovery including electronic discovery. Must have 1-3+ years of commercial and/or public entity litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense. A prior federal or state clerkship is strongly preferred. Must have excellent research, writing and presentation skills and high level of professionalism.
