Attorney Recruiting Coordinator The candidate will be responsible for law student and lateral associate recruiting initiatives and programs. Coordinate Minneapolis Recruiting Committee meetings and other office recruiting meetings as requested. Produce ad hoc recruiting reports, and update NALP reporting. Maintain National Association for Law Placement membership. Coordinate on-campus interview process. Work directly with the Career Services Offices at local law schools to conduct presentations, and plan events. Coordinate and organize intake of applications and logistics for law student and attorney interviews. Assist in and coordinate year-round lateral hiring processes. Assist with organizing new hire attorney orientation schedules and onboarding. Work directly with the Attorney Recruiting Manager, the Chief Attorney Recruiting and Development Officer and Recruiting Committee Chairs to support hiring needs. Coordinate annual summer associate programs for Minneapolis and other offices. Coordinate and attend Summer Associate events and functions. Coordinate work project evaluations and summaries. Coordinate pre-arrival activities including bar review, bar exam, offer sheets and advances. Coordinate orientation. Travel between offices, to local law schools, and in the Minneapolis area as required. Perform other duties as assigned. College degree required. Should have 1-3 years of experience in a corporate setting; focus on recruiting and/or diversity and inclusion preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
