# Data Privacy and Cybersecurity Attorney ## Job Description Our firm is currently looking for attorneys with a minimum of two (2) years experience working with Data Privacy & Cyber matters to join our office. This practice area has a 1,900 hour requirement. Additionally, we offer a generous bonus structure for those choosing to exceed 1,900 hours. ## Responsibilities - Assigning clients impacted by cybersecurity incidents - Working alongside forensic teams throughout investigations - Determining reporting obligations - Drafting individual and regulatory data breach notifications - Responding to regulatory inquiry - Assisting clients with internal and external messaging - Experience with pre-breach policy drafting and/or preparedness training is preferred, but not required ## Qualifications - Credentials from an ABA approved law school - Active law license - Excellent communication skills ## Benefits Our firm offers a competitive benefits and salary package, including 401K with employer contribution.
