Legal Secretary Responsibilities: Welcoming clients and managing the reception area, answering phones using a multi-line system, general offices duties (faxing, emailing, copying, correspondences, etc.), maintaining and updating the calendar for the attorneys and paralegals, creating client files, processing incoming and outgoing mail and assisting with special projects as needed. Requirements: Previous experience working in a law firm is strongly preferred. Knowledge of proper telephone etiquette and excellent customer service skills are required. Strong administrative experience and be detail oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize their workload. Experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Best Case, Outlook, G-Mail, Google Documents is strongly preferred.
