Real Estate Transactional Attorney The candidate will facilitate Real Estate Closings. Manage and organize caseloads from start to finish. Oversee Support Staff. Must have 3 years of experience handling residential closings. 3-5 years of buy/sell transactional experience in New York and New Jersey is necessary. Knowledge of real estate owned (REO) closing practices, applicable laws, and documents is critical. Knowledge of completing transactions for Hard Money originators is required. Commercial Leasing Experience is needed. Must be admitted in both New York and New Jersey.
