Appellate Attorney The candidate will report to and work with the firm's in-house appellate counsel in supporting the firm's trial attorneys. Must have excellent writing, research, and interpersonal skills. Should have 2+ years of experience in drafting complex motions and responses for plaintiffs side personal injury cases. Must be able to work within tight deadlines; good work ethic and present strong attention to detail. Should have the ability to work cohesively in a team environment; admission to some or all Texas federal courts. Prior judicial clerkship is preferred. Federal experience is a plus. Should have graduated from an ABA-accredited law school. Current member of the Texas Bar in good standing.
