Workers Compensation Attorney The candidate will handle Plaintiff s Workers Compensation cases in the Memphis office. Must be licensed in Tennessee and Mississippi although a license to practice in Mississippi is preferred. Must be capable of handling a large case volume and be able to interact effectively with clients on a regular basis. Should have 3+ years of experience practicing Workers Compensation law, including extensive deposition and trial experience, and excellent writing skills. Portable business is a plus.
