Associate Debt Restructuring & Bankruptcy Attorney The candidate must have 3+ years of practice experience, which can include a judicial clerkship. Must be self-motivated, have a solid income tax background, knowledge of business bankruptcy and typical real property law including experience closing complicated real estate transactions as well as knowledge of farming. A demonstrated background in 2+ of these areas is required. A license in the state of Iowa or ability to be licensed in the state of Iowa is required. Licensed attorneys in Illinois are also encouraged to apply. Must have 3+ years practice experience with a background in commercial law and bankruptcy; taxation; and knowledge of agriculture.
