Trusts and Estates Paralegal The candidate duties will include to: Management of probate estate process and procedures; knowledge of trust and estate accountings and trust administration; assistance in preparing, retaining, and organizing legal documents, agreements, pleadings, and accountings related to trust and estate administration as well as electronic filing. Must have 3 years demonstrated experience as a Trusts and Estates Paralegal in a law firm. Should preferably have corporate governance experience drafting resolutions, preparing documents for corporate meetings, minutes, and maintaining corporate books; SEC compliance including preparing drafts of SEC filings desirable, proxy statements, and assisting with other required reports; assist with corporate documentation for business transactions, and general support for management and special projects. Corporate experience abilities desired. Must have excellent communication skills - written and oral. Must have advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint with aptitude to learn other systems/programs. Should have familiarity in using an electronic document management system. Experience in Filesite/ iManage is a plus. High school diploma from an accredited institution is required. Paralegal Degree/Certificate is required.
