Attorney The candidate must have excellent academic qualifications, a minimum of 1 year of experience, and must be in good standing with the Florida Bar. The position will include legal research, drafting motions, arguing motions, and taking and defending depositions. This position will have substantial client contact, as well as marketing involvement, so excellent communication skills are necessary. The desire to excel and focus on long-term career goals is encouraged. Familiarity with Aderant/Client Profiles is a plus. Experience with keeping time is preferred. Must be competent and proficient in the use of Microsoft Word/Microsoft Office.
