This role reports to the Pre-Suit Operations Manager and the successful candidate must be an attorney with an AZ Bar license. Responsibilities include day-to-day handling of all pre-litigation work, guiding clients through the case process, drafting and filing of pre-litigation documents, overseeing settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packages, managing the release approval process, and managing a team of 6-8 Case Managers.
