Associate Attorney The candidate should have 1-2 years of experience for full time position. NY-Federal Court admission. Duties to include day to day management of auto, premise and general liability cases from answer through trial preparation, court appearances, depositions and motion/appellate practice. Trial/arbitration experience a plus. Must be able to travel for appearances in Hudson Valley region, five boroughs and Long Island.
