Conduct client meetings and recommend strategies. Delegate work to paralegals and legal assistants and monitor their work. Represent clients in court and collaborate with other attorneys. Prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. Conduct discovery, pretrial hearings, motion hearings, and trials. Develop parenting plans and visitation schedules.
