Associate Attorney The Candidate will handle and provide analysis and advice on legal and regulatory risks. Will Interpret laws, rulings and regulations impacting the company and advise the business as appropriate. Should have Bachelors Degree. Should have JD degree from accredited law school. Must have licensed attorney qualified to practice law in the state of Nebraska. Should have 1-3 years of experience in Civil Litigation and experience attending court proceedings. Experience in Litigation and Consumer Debt Collection Litigation is desired. Must have experience in consumer credit and/or drafting and negotiating. Knowledge of Federal, State and Local laws is needed. Ability to draft legal pleadings, motions, discovery, stipulations, etc. Also to write, review, and edit reports, opinions, correspondence, articles, and other documents are required. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite is plus.
