Workers Compensation Attorney The candidate must be Tennessee and Mississippi licensed to handle Plaintiff s Workers Compensation cases in the Memphis office. Will be licensed in Tennessee and Mississippi although a license to practice in Mississippi is preferred. Must be capable of handling a large case volume and be able to interact effectively with clients on a regular basis. The preferred candidate will have 3+ years of experience practicing Workers Compensation law, including extensive deposition and trial experience, and excellent writing skills. Portable business is a plus. An interest in growing with the Firm would be ideal.
