Associate Attorney The candidate will work in a wide variety of practice areas including: commercial general liability claims including premises liability, product liability, commercial auto, insurance coverage, and construction related claims. The position requires a demonstrated ability to handle smaller cases independently and to work as part of a larger litigation team on major pieces of litigation with a partner or other associates. Should have meaningful experience with drafting and answering various pleadings and motions, defending and conducting depositions, arbitrations and settlement conferences/mediations. Trial related experience is desired. The position requires excellent legal research and writing skills, good communication skills, strong work ethic, the ability to meet deadlines, and consistently adhere to client reporting and litigation guidelines. Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bar required.
