Patent Attorney The candidate should have JD Degrees and Electrical engineering degree and experience. Versatility in other technical areas is a plus. Must have 3+ years of patent prosecution experience, outstanding writing ability and attention-to-detail are required. Semiconductor industry experience is preferred. Strong Mandarin language skills is preferred. Must be in good standing with any state Bar. Should be registered to practice before the USPTO.
