Associate Immigration Attorney The candidate will meet regularly with clients for consultations and affidavits. Will also prepare clients for interviews before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and the Asylum Office and for trials before the Executive Office for Immigration Review. Drafting briefs or arguments and researching innovative, legal ways to help clients. Must have Juris Doctor degree from an accredited university. Should have 1+ year of experience in immigration or criminal law. Must have valid Driver s License. Should have proficiency in the English and Spanish Languages.
