Seeking Estates Legal Secretary with 2-3 years' experience. Candidate must have strong organization skills. Duties include preparing Applications for Estate Administration and Guardianships, initial drafting of Powers of Attorney and other estate planning documents, maintaining files and drafting correspondence, scheduling hearings, assisting attorney in preparation for estate hearings, handling of estate funds, maintaining and tracking original Wills in firm vault, regular communications with the Clerk of Court. The firm is a full service law firm with approximately 50 employees and is an enjoyable inclusive work environment. Must be proficient in Word, Adobe, and Excel.
