Associate Attorney Candidate must have: Member in Good Standing of the Florida Bar. Admission to the following Federal Courts a plus. 2 years' experience with Court practice. Superior command of both the Federal and Florida Rules of Civil Procedure. Must be familiar with drafting, reviewing and compiling discovery (requests and responses). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong writing skills - MUST submit a legal writing sample for consideration.
