Civil Litigation Attorney The candidate will be an integral member of our firm who is able to handle a high volume of consumer debt defense and FDCPA/FCCPA cases. Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus. Foreclosure, consumer BK & FCRA experience also a plus. Be an easy-going but professional individual looking for an opportunity to grow with a growing firm. Be professional and willing to provide care and compassion for our clients in addition to legal defense. Be a team-player who wants to make a difference. Bring a positive attitude and be ready to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment, high-volume culture. 2+ years of courtroom experience preferred. Active member of the Florida State Bar (Required).
