Should have strong academic credentials, superior organizational / time management skills, and excellent writing ability. The position involves a range of civil matters (primarily defense), including personal injury, tort, contract, and insurance-related claims and litigation in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies. Candidates with some portable clients/business are appreciated. WSBA membership required.
