The candidate will have 3 years experience in family law with the ability to handle a case from start to finish, including mediations and/or trials (first chair or significant second chair experience). Typical cases are divorce, custody, modifications of existing orders and contempt proceedings. A great plus if active in the community with local Bar associations and business groups.
