Personal Injury Attorney The candidate will handle a heavy case load representing clients in personal injury cases. Represent clients through each phase of the legal process. Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients. Negotiate settlements. Comply with all legal standards and regulations. Manage support staff members. The candidate must have 1-2 years minimum personal injury experience. Must have active member and in good standing with the Florida Bar. Must have excellent negotiation and communication skills. Must be comfortable in making decisions in a fast paced environment. Must have effective problem solving and consultation skills to resolve potential client concerns or questions. Must have general understanding of auto accidents, slip & falls, and workers compensation claims. Bilingual preferred (Spanish/English).
