Associate Litigation Attorney The candidate will be conducting research, drafting pleadings, initiating and responding to discovery, arguing motions, and assisting with pre-trial tasks without supervision. Should have 2+ years of experience. Must be licensed to practice law in California and admitted in the federal district courts. Experience in employment and/or real estate litigation a plus. Should be a great listener and a respectful communicator in their interactions with teammates, clients, courts and opposing counsel. Should works independently in a manner that enhances our collaborative environment. Adept time management skills and the ability to maintain good humor under the stress of litigation deadlines are highly valued.
