Associate Attorney The candidate will be responsible for reviewing demand packages prepared by paralegals to determine case standing prior to negotiations. Negotiating claims with adjusters. Communicating with medical providers, collections officers, subrogation offices, etc. for negotiations/resolutions on accounts. Finalizing personal injury settlements and distribution documents. Acting as a liaison between the personal injury and the accounting departments to expedite the settlement process. Mentoring personal injury department in all aspects of case management. The candidate should have Personal Injury experience. Must be knowledgeable of case processes from inception through settlement. Prior experience with Needles case management software preferred.
