Legal Secretary The candidate will support several attorneys. Responsibilities include: preparing legal documents and correspondence, filing with courts, scanning, coordinating meetings, time entry, processing client bills, conducting client conflict checks, transcribing dictation and opening and maintaining client files. Must have exceptional communication skills, organizational skills and the ability to work effectively within a group or independently. Should be proficient in MS Word (high priority), Outlook, and Excel and type 65+ wpm with high accuracy.
