Associate Attorney The candidate will work closely in a team environment and directly with a Partner of the firm. Ability to manage a large and growing case load that are in various pre-litigation and litigation stages. Review and draft demands, prepare and file pleadings, draft oppositions and motions, conduct legal research, communicate with clients, adjusters, and defense counsel, and ultimately negotiate and settle cases. Must possess a strong work ethic, be organized, and have strong attention to detail. Motivation to succeed and a desire to grow and develop in the field of Personal Injury. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Team player and hard worker. Must have 0-1 years of experience.
