Immigration Associate Attorney The candidate will be responsible for appearances at Master Calendar hearings in Immigration Court, check-ins with Immigration and Customs Enforcement, asylum interviews and adjustment of status interviews, drafting of legal motions and documents, legal research, and case and evidence preparation. Should have excellent research and writing skills, client relation skills, marketing skills and have worked in a fast-paced environment. Must have superior work ethics, shows initiative and can handle a caseload. At least 1 year of experience as an Immigration Attorney preferred. Spanish preferred.
