Paralegal Lead The candidate will ensure that staff meets the deadlines for all work and court assignments. Will assist in training new team members, ensure deadlines are met (or extensions are timely requested), and escalate urgent requests. Perform administrative duties to include reviewing court hearings. Must possess strong knowledge of office policies and procedures for various types of immigration cases. Minimum High School Diploma or GED with some college is required. Must have 6 months of experience in family-related immigration and removal proceedings. Managerial experience, a plus. Bilingual in English and Spanish, preferred. Ability to quickly solve problems or to know when to escalate an issue is required. Ability to organize multiple project and prioritize their work as work accordingly is required. Training of new paralegal staff is required. Working knowledge of INSZoom, Microsoft Office Suite and Google Products is required.
