Associate Attorney The candidate will manage client case load from beginning of a family law matter to the end.'s hould preferably have 1+ year of experience. Must be able to independently draft legal documents including complaints, motions, equitable distribution affidavits, financial affidavits, discovery and orders. Must have ability to competently and confidently represent clients in court, in mediation, and in depositions. Must be able to encourage a positive work environment in the most's tressful times, and interact appropriately with's taff and clients at all times.
