This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $22 to $25 an hour and a range of benefits, including 401(k) and 401(k) matching, dental insurance, flexible schedule, health insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance. ## Job Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks: * Conducting client interviews * Preparing pleadings, such as Petitions, Summons, Request for Order, Discovery Request and Response, Orders and Judgments * Calendering, with knowledge of court rules * Excellent written and oral communication ## Job Requirements * Previous experience working as a paralegal * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Knowledge of court rules and procedures ## Work Environment The successful candidate will be working in a modern office setting with flexible working hours and a relaxed atmosphere. ## Schedule This is a full-time or part-time position with a 4-hour or 8-hour shift.
