Manager of Attorney Recruiting The candidate manages all aspects of law school recruiting, including on-campus and in-office interviews. Manages callback decisions, receptions, and post-offer events and follow up. Manages the offer process for all student candidates, including communication and coordination with candidates, firm attorneys, and administrative management. Oversees on-campus hospitality suites during the interview season, creating and implementing creative give-a-ways and initiatives to attract top talent. Develops good relations with career services offices in law schools, leveraging alumni attorneys and overseeing firm sponsorship of student groups. Manages the firm s summer program across all offices, organizing, overseeing, and participating in summer events and summer associate orientation. Manages and monitors summer associate work evaluations and collaborates with practice groups to schedule meetings to evaluate summer associate candidates. Conducts due-diligence with attorney candidates (e.g., references, bar admission verifications, conflicts checks, etc.). Leads, develops, and manages the firm s recruiting assistants and coordinators across all offices, and manages the day-to-day operations of the legal recruiting staff. Plans law school 1L events, offeree events, and other key recruiting events. Collaborates with firm leadership to create unique marketing materials and announcements, regularly updates career pages on the firm s website and works to elevate TK s brand. Monitors recruiting budget, maintains recruiting statistics, and prepares periodic reports and analyses. Actively participates in, contributes to, and supports a variety of firm committees and teams, including the Associate Recruiting Committee, and the Attorney Development Team. Special research projects as assigned by the Chief Development or Chief Diversity Officers. Bachelor s Degree preferred. 5+ years relevant work experience preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with lawyers, staff, peers, and a variety of external entities. Should have excellent project management and organizational skills. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Should have proficiency in MS Office Suite, MS Outlook, and applicant tracking software (viDesktop preferred).
