Part-time Medicaid Long-Term Care Paralegal Caseworker The candidate will be assembling documents necessary to file Medicaid applications. Filing Medicaid applications and annual redeterminations. Conducting intakes with clients and prospects. Working with caseworkers to ensure approval of government benefits. Signing estate planning and financial documents with clients. Coordinating Medicaid spenddown plans with attorneys. Providing guidance to families regarding choosing care. Associate's degree is preferred. Should have 5+ years of Medicaid experience. Typing speed of 45+ WPM is required.
