Attorney The candidate will handle defense of agency charges of discrimination, lawsuits involving a broad range of employment-related claims and advice and counseling involving similar issues. This position involves advising and training employers on a wide range of employment laws and regulations, including anti-discrimination laws. Represent employers in court, before administrative agencies, at mediations, and in arbitration in a broad range of employment matters, including discrimination, contract, employment tort, and non-compete cases. The candidate should have JD from Accredited Law School. Should have 1 - 3 years of relevant experience. Experience in workplace law and employment litigation defending discrimination charges and lawsuits preferred. Experience with employment class action a plus. California Bar Admission is required. Should have understanding of current agency (state and federal) enforcement techniques. Must have strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills are needed. Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
