Paralegal The candidate must have either a Bachelor's Degree and/or a paralegal certificate from an ABA approved paralegal program. 5 years' litigation experience is required which should include experience with managing a large caseload. Labor and Employment experience is preferred. Prior experience with trial preparation and trial attendance is preferred. Candidates should possess strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication (oral and written) skills. Must be familiar with computerized databases and on-line services, and proficient in Excel. Knowledge of document management software such as Relativity is a plus.
