Replevin Attorney The candidate's duties include: Coordinating with Firm and Client to manage loans accurately and timely through the replevin and foreclosure litigation process. To perform legal actions to effectuate replevin and foreclosure litigation for automobile and credit card clients; Create and prepare reports that identify impediments and take necessary action to clear impediments; Partner and communicate with Client and Firm on a daily basis; Understand replevin process and key milestones to a replevin legal action in state; Understand foreclosure litigation process and key milestones to a replevin legal action in state. Timely clear out daily tasks to ensure legal action exceeds clients timeline requirements. Must have Juris Doctor. 3 years relevant experience preferred.
