Foreclosure Paralegal (Judgment through Sale) The candidate should have strong experience in judgment & sales. The ideal applicant will have an understanding of the various stages of the foreclosure process in NY, NJ or PA and ensure cases are proceeding accurately and timely, while also assisting attorneys. Completes workflow and ensures tasks are timely completed. Reviews reports as assigned to accurately capture all files within their particular stage. Inputs client status updates daily, both internally and externally in client tracking systems. Identifies issues and escalates files to appropriate person. Reports to attorney workflow within assigned stage. Prepares case notes and Court documents prior to attorney appearances. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suites. Experience utilizing LPS and Tempo. Strong knowledge of foreclosure practices and guidelines.
