Associate Attorney - Plaintiff The candidate will join a personal injury team. Will be responsible for handling pre-litigation cases including case review, developing client cases, preparation of demands, negotiating settlements and settlement disbursements including subrogation claims, liens and/or other third-party interests. Some court appearances will be necessary. Must be an active member and in good standing with the NC Bar and have 3+ years of prior experience working in a law firm handling personal injury matters.
